#JTLExit Disappointed Skunks

Dear Skunks, Apparently a lot of us who are on JTL FAIBA service are dissatisfied and most us feel that the inconsistencies and ironical rudeness / arrogance by their customer service teams has left a bitter taste in our mouth. We like to support our own, but we also detest those who feel we do not matter and hence we are on twitter trying to get JTL to rectify or else #JTLExit by skunk customers will take effect. Anyone from JTL here please tell your management that our members are not happy and they better start sorting them out one at a time . Please tweet your concerns with #JTLExit Concerned Captain..

This seems bit personal, if you are dissatisfied by JTL there's a bunch of other ISPs in the local market. If am still getting good service from JTL guess what you are talking about may fall deaf to happy customers like me. Safaricom is still lousy but I use their services anyway. By the way the connectivity services depend with your location. Seek advise for the best service providers in your area. All the best. Hi all, I would agree with James' comment that some ISPs have better service in some areas than others. I use Zuku and their uptime for me is quite terrible in my area (Ngumo along Mbagathi Road) since around October last year. But a friend who lives in another part of Nairobi says he gets a good service from Zuku. Unfortunately, I have no choice at the moment but I am hoping JTL or others come to my side sooner or later so that I can jump ship. Regards Kevin G. Kevin, The point here is not bad network in one region. These are dissatisfied users who have been using it for quite sometime but when it comes to Customer Service when you have hit a problem there is simply none !! See the difference scenario ?
