Apparently a lot of us who are on JTL FAIBA service are dissatisfied and most us feel that the inconsistencies and ironical rudeness / arrogance by their customer service teams has left a bitter taste in our mouth.

We  like to support our own, but we also detest those who feel we do not matter and hence we are on twitter trying to get JTL to rectify or else #JTLExit by skunk customers will take effect.
Anyone from JTL here please tell your management that our members are not happy and they better start sorting them out one at a  time .
