Hi all,

I would agree with James' comment that some ISPs have better service in some areas than others. I use Zuku and their uptime for me is quite terrible in my area (Ngumo along Mbagathi Road) since around October last year. But a friend who lives in another part of Nairobi says he gets a good service from Zuku. 

Unfortunately, I have no choice at the moment but I am hoping JTL or others come to my side sooner or later so that I can jump ship.
