The point here is not bad network in one region.

These are dissatisfied users who have been using it for quite sometime but when it comes to Customer Service

when you have hit a problem there is simply none !!

See  the difference scenario ?

But a friend who lives in another part of Nairobi says he gets a good service from Zuku.
