Today morning, I send a text only for the 3 notorious responses from Safaricom saying insufficient credit. A quick *144# reveals that the credit is sufficient to call 20 people sembuse text. How could this happen? Ps. I am looking for technical suggestions in as much as having the experience sucked

As much as safaricom enjoys a monopoly thats far from being brought down... especially with zains failing market trends and orange's poor coverage... they are planning their downfall if a quality assurance is not set up or revied for that matter! I also loaded some airtime this mornig and immediatley after getting the confirmation; another one followed telling me that the service was unavailable and that i shoulf try again later ... Luckily my a/c got credited. its time they invest in young minds and fish ideas from Varsities ... They must have learned from the M-Pesa concept origination!!! Last week somehow my minimum balance defaulted to 7 bob (as opposed to 0.00 bob for those who dont spend to the last cent:) ). I called cust care and after a few days, the problem was rectified. The CS guy told me its a problem they had id'd and are working on. May be similar issue On 5/23/09, Martin Muraguri <martinmur87@gmail.com> wrote:

What pisses me most about Safcon is the numerous junk SMS that they send advertising some service that I don't need. I wish I could get them to realize that I never subscribed to that SPAM-SMS service of theirs. I called their customer care service and asked them whether they can turn it off for my phone, the guy said he'll get back to me. I'm still patient. Me. 2009/5/23 Mr. Lawi <mail2lawi@gmail.com>

I've also noticed that M-Pesa is apparently down, unless the agent duped me. I deposit money into my friends account so that I send it to someone, but for the last one hour, the confirmation is yet to go through! How long, approximately and from experience, should it 'hang' before a positive answer? On 23/05/2009, Simon Mbuthia <simon.mbuthia@gmail.com> wrote:
