As much as safaricom enjoys a monopoly thats far from being brought down... especially with zains failing market trends and orange's poor coverage... they are planning their downfall if a quality assurance is not set up or revied for that matter!

I also loaded some airtime this mornig and immediatley after getting the confirmation; another one followed telling me that the service was unavailable and that i shoulf try again later ... Luckily my a/c got credited.

its time they invest in young minds and fish ideas from Varsities ... They must have learned from the M-Pesa concept origination!!!

Today morning,

I send a text only for the 3 notorious responses from Safaricom saying insufficient credit.

A quick *144# reveals that the credit is sufficient to call 20 people sembuse text.

How could this happen?

Ps. I am looking for technical suggestions in as much as having the experience sucked
