Today morning,

I send a text only for the 3 notorious responses from Safaricom saying insufficient credit.

A quick *144# reveals that the credit is sufficient to call 20 people sembuse text.

How could this happen?

Ps. I am looking for technical suggestions in as much as having the experience sucked
