Last week somehow my minimum balance defaulted to 7 bob (as opposed to
0.00 bob for those who dont spend to the last cent:) ). I called cust
care and after a few days, the problem was rectified. The CS guy told
me its a problem they had id'd and are working on.
May be similar issue
