Anyone know what is happening to Zuku/Wananchi support? They never bother to answer emails anymore and calls to their support phone line go totally un-answered. The last time I managed to talk to someone on their (new) support line 020 520 520 5, I had to call their NOC first as no one was picking their support line. The person I spoke to then proceeded to yawn continuosly in my ear (it was around 10pm, but still...). Anyone know who the customer relations manager is? @Wash It's not that simple. I also have a job and I just don't have the time to go and hold someones hand while they sort out my problem. I did get a call from the the manager of customer support though who told me that they will look into my problem and get back to me during the course of the day. Brian, What I fail to understand is, is Zuku for free ...like googlemail or facebook ? And I don't think the service was shoved down your throat ( excuse the crude language )... Look for another entertainment provider or go to their office and camp at the support department till they kick you out. Anyway, the skunkworks mailing list is the official customer care mailbox for Zuku... Zuku should be cutting a cheque to the skunkworks admin....
