The last time I managed to talk to someone on their (new) support line 020 520 520 5, I had to call their NOC first as no one was picking their support line. The person I spoke to then proceeded to yawn continuosly in my ear (it was around 10pm, but still...).

Anyone know who the customer relations manager is? I want to ask him/her what the hell is going on.
