What I fail to understand is, is Zuku for free ...like googlemail or facebook ? And I don't think the service was shoved down your throat ( excuse the crude language )... Look for another entertainment provider or go to their office and camp at the support department till they kick you out.

Anyway, the skunkworks mailing list is the official customer care mailbox for Zuku... Zuku should be cutting a cheque to the skunkworks admin....
