Whats shocking me is this guy is barely 35 years old (atleast last time I heard he was in that range of age) and he has 12 years of international telecoms experience, kwani he came from high school and never held a crimping tool? Anyone with answers or who knows someone with answers please enlighten me. ./Ok3ch On Mon, Sep 5, 2011 at 3:49 PM, Antony Mwai <antonymwai@gmail.com> wrote:

Typically, chaps in Paraguay get their 1st jobs when they are about 16. By the time they are in their early 20's, they are already in management. Same happens in UK and the States... Always wondered how that can be replicated here. I guess with our higher unemployment rate, it's a much trickier proposition. On Mon, Sep 5, 2011 at 3:53 PM, Okechukwu <okechukwu@gmail.com> wrote:

When I completed university so long ago, I was so young no one wanted me to work with them except one mzungu headed company. The rest thought I didn't even make it past first year, despite all the transcripts. Thats our attitude. This guy is headed for a brighter future, by the way. One solution is for IT careers retirement age to be set @ 30 yrs. since technology changes every couple of years. Guys beyond that age are insecure and use their positions to stifle the guys coming in from school. They r also a threat to any outside who tries to sell technology to them. Once they retire @ a prime age of 30 & setup their own firms, by the time their firstborns are 15, the companies are fairly large and the young ones can become CEOs. I guess that what happens in Paraguay etc. Just a thought. On Mon, Sep 5, 2011 at 5:14 PM, Peter Osotsi <peter.osotsi@gmail.com> wrote:
