One solution is for IT careers retirement age to be set @ 30 yrs. since technology changes every couple of years.

Guys beyond that age are insecure and use their positions to stifle the guys coming in from school. They r also a threat to any outside who tries to sell technology to them.

Once they retire @ a prime age of 30 & setup their own firms, by the time their firstborns are 15, the companies are fairly large and the young ones can become CEOs. I guess that what happens in Paraguay etc.

Always wondered how that can be replicated here. I guess with our higher unemployment rate, it's a much trickier proposition.
