The proprietor is the one who approves credit notes etc, and is ever on Safari... When you call the place and ask to speak to Mr. XYZ, you are kept on hold for like 5 mins and they do not have extensions, so I guess the telephone headset is just placed on the desk as you listen to the receptionist chatting away with other people at the office. I finally got help. I had purchased a hard disk which I later came to realize was a refurbished or counterfeit WD SATA hard disk. And yeah... I know I was dumb to rush for a cheap hard disk. So yesterday I got a voucher with which I could purchase anything for the cost of the hard disk. I added 2K and got a Transcend external hard disk and they'll definitely never get any money from me for anything unless it's like there is an oxygen shortage and only Bestell are selling. @Rad, glad you asked. The nature of my research involved the Many Indian owners of Tech Stores / IT supply companies within the Kenya Region, the reason i did this is simple. As some of you do know, i am of Indian Asian origin ( My skin color is brown ). I have been having a rough time dealing with such resellers and i began checking back on them. Their background in a lot of instances was a common Dukawala origin and have got the same attitude when working with the IT sector. They managed to cash in on it but i haven't yet found a good Indian reseller who will pay attention to let alone know what his client actually needs. Please note that i am not speaking about the larger more established companies. Simply the smaller retail outlets within the area. Talking of testing for you, I bought a flash disk at Ebrahim Electronics that didn't work. When I took it back, they exchanged it. I insisted on them testing the new one before I left, just so I didn't have to go home then come back to town again when I found it not working. Their response? We don't test. And all it would have taken would be for them to plug it into a computer and ensure it was seen. Horrible customer service! So make sure Bestell will agree to test the oxygen for you!
