When it comes to Customer Service, I can assure you, Alvin, that it can be changed, and quite easily.

BTW, now that we are on Customer Service, has anyone observed how slow Safaricom Customer Care Centres are??

I think Safaricom should invest on faster systems and more human resource. Empty counters and slow systems don't really augur well for business.
