The nature of my research involved the Many Indian owners of Tech Stores / IT supply companies within the Kenya Region, the reason i did this is simple. As some of you do know, i am of Indian Asian origin ( My skin color is brown ). I have been having a rough time dealing with such resellers and i began checking back on them. Their background in a lot of instances was a common Dukawala origin and have got the same attitude when working with the IT sector. They managed to cash in on it but i haven't yet found a good Indian reseller who will pay attention to let alone know what his client actually needs.

Please note that i am not speaking about the larger more established companies. Simply the smaller retail outlets within the area.

It's not a bias i have against my fellow skin colored brothers it simply is something i am researching.
