Corporate or Access@Home? Saw something a while back about home services being terminated. No new customers being on-boarded. The service was poor in Buru Buru and made the switch to Zuku. Can't complain so far. Hi Alvin, I have very good experience with AK Corporate Internet services. Maybe you should raise this issue with your Account Manager. Access Kenya is one of the most efficient ISPs. The prices are however up there! As Michael asks, perhaps there is an issue somewhere along the last mile. Their CS , unless things have changed since the merger, have always been top notch. I think your thinking of leaving AK is premature. Mistakes are rectifiable. I was a victim of AK poor services until we moved to vodacom . However, how to cope with their poor services just escalate the issues if you're not sorted according to your SLA.
