Corporate or Access@Home? Saw something a while back about home services being terminated. No new customers being on-boarded. The service was poor in Buru Buru and made the switch to Zuku. Can't complain so far. Hi Alvin, I have very good experience with AK Corporate Internet services. Maybe you should raise this issue with your Account Manager. Access Kenya is one of the most efficient ISPs. I was a victim of AK poor services until we moved to vodacom . However, how to cope with their poor services just escalate the issues if you're not sorted according to your SLA.
