I have very good experience with AK Corporate Internet services.

Maybe you should raise this issue with your Account Manager. 

Access Kenya is one of the most efficient ISPs. The prices are however up there!

As Michael asks, perhaps there is an issue somewhere along the last mile.

Your next option after AK will be JTL or QB given your deep pockets:)
