Hi Skunks, For whatever reasons my 3G wireless router is not detecting my modem. I have tried to upgrade the firmware but this has been all in vain. How can i try resolve this. R, T21

I had similar problem with the MR3220 router. The suggestions online did not work. I wrote to their support support@tp-link.com and their step by step fix sorted me out. On 11 March 2013 11:08, Tusker 21 <tusker212@gmail.com> wrote:

You could search for modem conf files from their site. That sorted with the ZTEs. But after a while It just started working without the conf files *_______________________________________________________________ We must Keep on, * On Mon, Mar 11, 2013 at 11:31 AM, Josiah Mugambi <josiah.mugambi@gmail.com>wrote:

Is the modem being detected on your PC? Does it work from the PC? Modems do fry up, as I realized first hand recently when my 9,999 modem gave up service! Try that and if the modem still works, then investigate other options from TP-Link website. On 11 March 2013 11:08, Tusker 21 <tusker212@gmail.com> wrote:

Contact your ISP for this information if necessary. To manually type in, please choose “Set the Dial Number and APN manually”. 4. Plug in your 3G modem card, restart the router. At the moment i have the modem hooked up on my laptop. Its working fine. When i hook it back to the modem, the status is unplugged and the modem does not even blink - i suspect the port is not powering the modem. On Mon, Mar 11, 2013 at 11:47 AM, Odhiambo Washington <odhiambo@gmail.com>wrote:
