I have dropped them an email. They have a TAT of 48hrs. Do you remember the step by step instructions that they shared with you. If yes kindly share the same with us.
I had similar problem with the MR3220 router. The suggestions online did not work.
I wrote to their support support@tp-link.com and their step by step fix sorted me out.
