Hello skunks, I just realized today that from my bouquet of services i do not have any local TV channels, So I got a C band dish with its LNB and for good measure a KU band lnd. FTA (NTV, KBC, KISS and K24) are on C band: - No KU beam covering Africa At 62°E - IS 902 (Citizen(Mpeg 2) and NTV+QTV (Mpeg 4)) - No KU beam covering Africa You might be having a problem on the two satellites because polarization. Dude! I have a six feet, an eight feet, and a 60cm dish that i used to use for my dstv. Im now getting Nilesat, Eutelsat on the two smallish ones, and i finally got Ntv and QTV and Citizen on the 8 feet on Cband, and K24 on a Ku band lnb hanging on the bottom of the Cband lnb. @skunksme, do you mind sharing the frequencies on 904 for the tv stations? i cannot seem to get anything on 904, ps: I had to convert the frequencies to get NTV and Citizen... ok @skunkme, While away i have been educating my sorry @$$, I downloaded an updated satellites.xml with all the satellites including intelsat (They are soooooooo many!) , I tried entering the frequencies you gave me but i cannot get anything on that sattelite, currently doing a blindscan to try get the transponders and see what i can get. .. so far seen a number of transponders... Hello skunks, I just realized today that from my bouquet of services i do not have any local TV channels, So I got a C band dish with its LNB and for good measure a KU band lnd. I have pointed these to the general direction of 60E, but cant seem to get anything on scanning the frequencies of say citizen on 62E. is there someone here who has the exact settings ? these <http://www.lyngsat.com/Intelsat-902.html> ones seem not to work...

I want to get the kenyan channels on Intelsat 22 however I've been informed that I'll need a decoder that can do multi stream. How true is this? The decoder I'm using at present is a skybox f3. For the people getting IS22, what decoder are you using and what is the experience before I go out and buy a 6ft dish?
I never succeeded getting Kenyan channels on Ku band except for K24. Ended using a C-Band for that and even then got good Citizen , very temperamental NTV and no KTN... Thanks Collins, it doesn't seem to be a popular sat despite the Kenyan channels on there.

Kama you are on dreambox hd 800,as iam(nabilo Blackhole image),you can download the latest satellite.xml,list so that you dont have to type in manual the frequency and symbol rates.Use your laptop & DCC software to do this.Its called Intelsat 22.This will be easy than,this second way which you can use panamsat,and key in the frequency while searching. Still doing blindscan, 4 transponders so far, did not even move the dish, so waiting to see quality of signal before considering playing around with the dish. On other news, now that I am likely to get K24 on this C band, ill have an extra lnb in the system to play around with, should i retain it in the 8' pointed to IS22 or get it some squatting space in the 6' pointed to Nilesat?
