Dude! <br>I have a six feet, an eight feet, and a 60cm dish that i used to use for my dstv. Im now getting Nilesat, Eutelsat on the two smallish ones, and i finally got Ntv and QTV and Citizen on the 8 feet on Cband, and K24 on a Ku band lnb hanging on the bottom of the Cband lnb. <br>
@skunksme, do you mind sharing the frequencies on 904 for the tv stations? i cannot seem to get anything on 904, <br><br>ps: <br>I had to convert the frequencies to get NTV and Citizen... <br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

@collins,There is alot to gather on fta.The catch is how big is your dish to get the footprint.@skunk,to get intel 904-60E you need a larger c band dish say,8feet.I guess you have a 6feet eurostar solid.That wont do.Tried it within nairobi.But as @skunk put it,you can confidently get  intelsat 62E with the 6feet dish solid,not mesh,and intelsat 22(remember for this u need an mpeg4 decoder)<br>

Hi Areba, <br><br>At 60°E- Intelsat 904. FTA (NTV, KBC, KISS and K24) are on C band:  - No KU beam covering Africa<br>At 62°E - IS 902 (Citizen(Mpeg 2) and NTV+QTV (Mpeg 4)) - No KU beam covering Africa<br><br><br>You might be having a problem on the two satellites because polarization. The two satellites are on circular polarization, therefore you need dielectric plate.  <br>


<br>Instead of pointing to either of above satellite, just point to Intelsat 22 at 72.1°E (C band - circular polarization. No KU beam covering Africa).<br><br>Incase you are in Nairobi point to below:<br><br>Azimuth = 91.17 Degrees<br>


Elevation = 49.95 Degrees<br><br>Channels on IS 22: all MPEG 4<br>KBC Channel 1 <br>EATV 5     <br>Heritage TV     <br>3 Stones     <br>KTN <br>NTV <br>QTV <br>Family TV<br>Kiss TV <br>Sayare TV <br>K24     <br>Citizen TV <br>
