Foreign Currency Current/Saving Accounts
Dear Skunks, Which bank(s) have the best services for operating Foreign Currency Personal Account. I want to measure based on, but not limited to the below. - Account operating fees - Bill payment through cheques, standing orders and direct debits - Cash withdrawals from cash machines - ATM card to enable you pay for goods and services - Online and mobile banking - Savings interest rates - Minimum operating balances - Reputation of the bank (now that people have their money locked in Chase and other banks) - Exchange rates the offer Regards, Kenneth

Not really all about preference, Some banks don't give you an ATM for your account. That's probably because they want to control the exchange rates they use for your money. Giving you a visa card will allow you to get the money from any ATM at the visa rate.
