Not sure if anyone is aware. If you upgrade your services with Zuku. I.e. 8mb to 20 Mbps which I did last month. Not seeing the real benefit of spending 6k more for a not significant increase in speeds on international loops, I decided to downgrade today in my renewal period. No contract was signed, also raising the question about contract law. Was told that I can only downgrade after 1 year... So doing the math, I would have to pay an extra 66k to Zuku over the next 11 months. Or, I could take 66k and find some creative options which I do anyway since I have never had a single week go by with Zuku where services don't go down. Forcing me by default to be creative, dual wan, multiple ISPs and all that. Oh we'll, after almost 5 years with Zuku. It's time for a divorce. With tangible facts at your fingertips, you can always _almost_ pin down a provider for NOT delivering on their promise/contract/whatever you'd like to call it. Rather than despair and run away, I believe you should make ZUKU deliver on their word! I don't see it as a good idea you running away from the problem. Whom do you expect to take on the problem head-on? Us? No, please. You are already there, so make it happen!! On Wed, Nov 7, 2012 at 10:07 AM, Sham Kanji <shamhad@kanji.ca> wrote:

@Wash I tried to make Zuku deliver on their word. All I got was insulting anonymous emails from them. With Zuku, all you can do is bend over and take it... On Wed, Nov 7, 2012 at 10:11 AM, Odhiambo Washington <odhiambo@gmail.com>wrote:

Ditto, but the only thing in life that is constant is change, and change will come, it would be great if companies could change from within, they will always gain a more loyal customer if they do, its very clear that this company doesn't have loyal customers, just helpless ones. But not this one.
