I tried to make Zuku deliver on their word. All I got was insulting anonymous emails from them. With Zuku, all you can do is bend over and take it...

Rather than despair and run away, I believe you should make ZUKU deliver on their word! I don't see it as a good idea you running away from the problem. Whom do you expect to take on the problem head-on? Us? No, please. You are already there, so make it happen!!

Or, I could take 66k and find some creative options which I do anyway since I have never had a single week go by with Zuku where services don't go down. Forcing me by default to be creative, dual wan, multiple ISPs and all that.

Oh we'll, after almost 5 years with Zuku. It's time for a divorce.
