need help making an online payment
Hi, Coop has to blocked my card from making online payments. I need to make a $20 payment today for a VPS hosted at linode.com and the beuracracies of getting the card re-enabled will take the better part of the day. Related to this; Airtel has implemented some mechanism to allow online payments via Airtel money. If you are on Airtel, you may give it a try. Instructions can be obtained from *111# menu.

@Amanya For starters, I have filled the paper forms about 3 or 4 times, each time to correct some error in setting up the details. At most, I am able to just do one transaction, then all others fail, which means i have to go through the whole process of re-authorisation again. This is strange especially since i have been using the card for monthly payments over the last 3 years on the same merchants I hope it has been settled now, but will know when the next billing cycle comes up. Job, how did you manage to check your card balance online? I've been getting some constant error whenever I click on the relevant link on my profile page (despite having reported the issue to KCB on several occassions. <sigh>)

For a while now, I've been getting the attached error whenever I click on the "Online Balance" link. (It used to work before). I have reported the matter to KCB on 3 occasions. Looks like I just have to save my keyboard some further wear & tear.
