I get the same error sometime but it still works on most occasions.

I'm on e-statements too. I have an online account that I have successfully used to check my card details in the past.
For a while now, I've been getting the attached error whenever I click on the "Online Balance" link. (It used to work before).

I have reported the matter to KCB on 3 occasions. Looks like I just have to save my keyboard some further wear & tear.
