For starters, I have filled the paper forms about 3 or 4 times, each time to correct some error in setting up the details. At most, I am able to just do one transaction, then all others fail, which means i have to go through the whole process of re-authorisation again. This is strange especially since i have been using the card for monthly payments over the last 3 years on the same merchants  

I hope it has been settled now, but will know when the next billing cycle comes up. I might try the airtel - mastercard  deal.

@kiti what grief was co-op giving you? had always used my debit card online but they required re-authorisation. i called them, they sent me a PDF authorisation form and was up and draining in no time
