Did I miss this discussion on a thread? I think Google launching an Android-based TV functionality is big news. Which means with enough bandwidth our viewing experience is not restricted to KTN, NTV, Citizen etc These media companies become content providers in a sea of "unlimited" content. I know this spells nightmare for digital rights but more so for these media houses which depend on advertising revenue. It follows then that my adword appears on TV, Search for TV shows using the all powerful search engine ... now that's a disruptive trend. I have been seeing some people complain of solicitations for your mpesa details via sms (I think 243) and pretending to be Safaricom, this must be one of the victims. MPESA is 234 not 243.
