In my case I was in Kagundo road( near Charina bar/The junction of the road joining kangundo road and Moi drive) when sending the disputed message. I was using a Samsung phone Model GT-E1085F. After sending the message I got a call from a number asking for clarification on the message I had sent a to him.I requested him to forward the message back to me which he did. It was my message. In the sent folder the message shows that it was sent to the intended recipient. I did not confirm the number in the delivery receipt before deleting it. The phone has changed hands severally but to the best of my knowledge it has the original software from the manufacturer. It has never been upgraded. Gate Keeper.
