In my case I was in Kagundo road( near Charina bar/The junction of the road joining kangundo road and Moi drive) when sending the disputed message. I was using a Samsung phone Model  GT-E1085F. After sending the message I got a call from a  number  asking for clarification on the 
message  I had sent a  to him.I requested him to forward the message back to me which he did. It was my message. <div><br></div><div>In the sent folder the message shows that it was sent to the intended recipient. I did not confirm the number in the delivery receipt before deleting it. </div>
<div><br></div><div>The phone has changed hands severally but to the best of my knowledge it has the original software from the manufacturer. It has never been upgraded.</div><div><br></div><div>Gate Keeper.</div>
