Setting up Postfix to send out emails via smtp server for a domain registerd by safaricom

You are not quite clear on what you need to achieve. Are you trying to use Safaricom as smart relay (in which case maina's answer is what you need) or trying to send to an email address hosted by Safaricom and not getting delivered? The domain is registered and hosted with Safaricom, where is the server hosted? On Safcom network, office network on Safcom connection or on a different connection? What smarthost do you want to use (if you plan on using one)? By default Safaricom blocks all smtp connections to any destination except to its smarthosts. Its registered and hosted buy safaricom on their servers office network on Safcom connection or on a different connection? Am using a connection from zuku to send to the server hosted on safaricom What smarthost do you want to use (if you plan on using one)? By default

1st stop using smart relay to send out mails since your blacklisted use direct dns by changing from mail.safaricombusiness.co.ke to may be 41.203.208.18 or 19 thereafter use the below link to request for white-listing http://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/ http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx after which if you are clean you can ask ISP provider to allow you to use their smart host.
