You are not quite clear on what you need to achieve. Are you trying to use Safaricom as smart relay (in which case maina's answer is what you need) or trying to send to an email address hosted by Safaricom and not getting delivered? Can you deliver to other domains like gmail?

Mind you, the relay host has to be configured to accept your server
requests,,else all mails will bounce back.
