Get some good 3rd party recovery software, I love disk internals others easy recovery , recover my files, final recovery, ntfs recovery, ddrescue whichever it is. But i recommend one that recovers with the folder tree as is. @Joe food for thought for you. is it the entire outlook data file that got deleted or a data item (actual email) within the outlook data file?
