Get some good 3rd party recovery software, I love disk internals others easy recovery , recover my files, final recovery, ntfs recovery, ddrescue whichever it is. But i recommend one that recovers with the folder tree as is.
Do a recovery of deleted items (some call it undelete etc) Halafu go to the folder structure eg
D:\Documents and Settings\joe\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Then post you outlook recovered files there
Start outlook and voila!
