Hello, My 1-month old Toshiba Satellite A665-S6065 laptop has been acting up, and I have so far not been able to identify the problem. It first froze while playing FIFA, I had to force it off. I thought it had something to do with the game and the graphics, so I uninstalled the game after the 4th time. Then it froze even when typing email, then when doing other ordinary tasks. I have done virus scans with a number of AVs, done diagnostics and everything else I could think about. Does anyone have an idea what could cause this random freezing? Or is there a known issue with this particular model or graphics card? I have a feeling am missing something but I don't know what... Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
