Like Paul and a few others here who are employers a few tips 1. Make it easy for potential employers to hire you. Clear and clean resume with areas of interest should do that for you 2. Make it easy for them to see what stands out about you. Rachel is a risk taker and aggressive and her second email shows she is willing to learn. You can turn lemons into lemonade, who doesnt know her now? 3. Follow up people who show interest 4. Be willing to start anywhere that shows promise even if terms are not good.
