Morning People if you haven't received an SMS/ Calls within the last 3 days. Despite being be to call, text, surf... Its not luck, call customer care. They say they have been having on and off times!!!! Q1. Is it legal for them to not inform us of the issues Q2. Why would this happen Q3. What can a frustrated subscriber do Q4. Is it possible to forward calls be forwarded to my zain line

I had the same problem juzi evening. The CC kept telling me to restart phone and check. Did this thrice with no results. Went to there center yesterday and it took the lady about a minute to sort it. I think she scanned the available networks manually,registered a rival network,scanned again and registered their network and viola! If those guys on twitter had told me what to do, I could not have wasted time going to their center. Seems they had no idea! Had a almost similar but different issue. I'm on the network but cannot receive calls or sms (all, even mpesa), I can make calls, but nobody can call me. Several restarts later, no joy, same thing. Then I tried enabling/disabling call barring, call forwarding etc. Somehow that did something, suddenly 10 new smses, could receive calls etc, everything was back to normal. Regards, John K.
