Since Kenya is going digital and local content is a great requirement, maybe skunkworks can produce that content and sell it to the broadcasters... Who has that vision?? We have talked about this before. A youtube channel would be an easy way to test the market. The market exists but content needs to be tailored o it and be useful to the intended audience. One Larry Madowo had wanted to do something like this on mainstream media but it was killed probably lack of sponsors or a ready market e. for Soap Operas I think whomever takes the time to do a youtube channel will gather a following and eventually spill over into mainstream media. Mhh i think we have an idea .. we already have ihub , all we need is our project manager to pick /coordinate with the admin on which topics mostly generate alot of discussions then we can do a demo solution at ihub with recordings and stuff , then upload to the youtube channel and on the website have it well documented with a discussion/comment kind of thing , then we can even have vendors do the same , we sell the advert space ... hehehe On Thu, Jan 16, 2014 at 10:36 AM, Mark Mwangi <mwangy@gmail.com> wrote:
