We have an ambitious skunk with us here. He has accepted the challenge to build the skunkworks website.

 

Let's give him our ideas and support

We shall need the following as key stakeholders:

- Project Manager

- Sponsors

- Testers (and critics)

- Developers

- Brand Managers

- any other relevant

First stage is for the project sponsors to come up with the requirements of the new site. Please suggest a way to bring together a team for this. The team shall, on behalf of skunkworks, draw up the requirement specs.
