Brian, I got 3 pieces: #1. Ask him not to put himself in a box - the box could be Equity. #2. A good way to look at the payment platforms arena, is to look 5+ years in future and see how you can beat the incumbents, despite their broadening market shares. May be to the prophets in this list, who has an idea about where the payments industry is going to, in the near future? #3. Ask him to get here on SW and take the advice himself/herself, we don't bite :) - I also just came in this week.
