May be its me, but I don't see it as such a bad site. I got to admit I am a bit utilitarian as in all I value is the information and if the links are intuitive enough to point me to what I need without trying every link possible. Please have a look at the attached photos viz a viz statehouse.go.kewebsite. I took two days off and decided to give it a makeover, now all i need is an email address i can forward the script (php) and db (sql) for the site. (its done in wordpress). or just login for file transfer and db on an accessible server.
I think we are in agreement that what is online from a design / web dev perspective is horrendous. (With all due respect to the developer). Consider this a gift from a kenyan patriotic enough to be pissed at the image being potrayed by those doing this, (that there are no competent web developers in the country).
