Haha this is exactly how I would research it as well. In addition I am slightly confused about the contradictions of the ad. It looks like they do not really know what they are looking for. "Programming with as many languages as possible" is usually a bad thing. This means someone will know a little bit of every language but none really good. It is in my experience generally better to know one language fluently - makes it easier to learn a knew language as well. "PHP,SQL and Java script (sic)" - are not really programming languages; well two scripting languages and a db query language. It looks like it is for web development though but no HTML required. "An added certification.e.g. CCNA" - a Cisco certification if I interpret it correctly. Has very little to do with programming in my opinion. but maybe makes up for the variety of tasks the company performs.
