Further research

Haha this is exactly how I would research it as well.
In addition I am slightly confused about the contradictions of the ad. It looks
like they do not really know what they are looking for.
"Programming with as many languages as possible" is usually a bad thing. This
means someone will know a little bit of every language but none really good.
It is in my experience generally better to know one language fluently -
makes it easier to learn a knew language as well.
"PHP,SQL and Java script (sic)" - are not really programming languages; well two
scripting languages and a db query language. It looks like it is for web development
though but no HTML required.
"An added certification.e.g. CCNA" - a Cisco certification if I interpret it
correctly. Has very little to do with programming in my opinion. but maybe makes
up for the variety of tasks the company performs.
"Microsoft Certification will be an added advantage" - given that the requested
programming languages are non-Microsoft. Why?
Did they forget to involve a programmer when writing the ad? Altogether very vague.
Furahiday!

Me thinking out loud and documenting my actions:Laureen has not said anything abt the company seeking the programmers, the domain of her email address is attain-es.com <http://attain-es.com>, lets see if www.attain-es.com <http://www.attain-es.com> exists... It does!
"Attain Enterprise Solutions is a leading East Africa technology and solutions provider specializing in software development, systems support and IT development. Our expertise spans software development, information technology and management solutions, business process automation, scalable E – business systems, networking, wireless solutions, supply of hardware among others."
They seem to have done quite a number of "systems" all spanning different industries, this may or may not be a good thing; it might mean they are big enough to span several industries, it might also mean that they lack the ability to specialize in a specific industry...
Ok, lets check their contact us page, see where their offices are... Vision Plaza, msa road...
Do i know anyone who works @ vision plaza, it'ld be a good idea to find out what sort of employer they are..., aah, i do! calling him now.
:-)
