Does Kenya have high quality UI designers??
I have been going over www.templatemonster.com and marveling at the quality of designs that I have seen there. I have been asking myself whether Kenya has such designers that can do that level of work? I'ld go with the work from dotsavvy any time of the day! Those guys know how to make compelling UIs. I've had the chance to use some designs from one G. Kuria (he's on this list somewhere), his are also ok. Why not get a template from freecsstemplates.org<http://www.freecsstemplates.org/>? Why not get a template from freecsstemplates.org? Theirs are free i.e the license itself allows the template to be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

I have been asking myself whether Kenya has such designers that can do that level of work?
