I&#39;ld go with the work from dotsavvy any time of the day! Those guys know how to make compelling UIs. I&#39;ve had the chance to use some designs from one G. Kuria (he&#39;s on this list somewhere), his are also ok.<br>
<br>Why not get a template from <a href="http://www.freecsstemplates.org/">freecsstemplates.org</a>? Theirs are free i.e the <a href="http://www.freecsstemplates.org/license/">license</a> itself allows the template to be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes.<br>
