Hi guys, i installed xammp and when trying to access phpMyAdmin, it asks for a user-name and password that i never at any given point filled anywhere. using root without a password doesn't work. On my PC the xammp works but on my laptop, it doesnt. then again, i hav config.inc not config.inc.php!! the PhpMyadmin folder both contain the same data. The default username is root and the password blank, which means you may have defined alternative credentials. Go to xampp->phpMyAdmin Inside the directory locate config.inc.php.
