Give better details for guys help out from a point of knowledge e.g. (1) The connection disconnects soon after I try to browse (2) It shows connected but cannot get to the net through my browser (3) A Ping returns OK but browser cannot connect (4) Both ping and access through browser fail. Open the Modem "CD" and double click on the setup file to install your modem, rather than relying on Autorun to do it for you. Autorun seems to skip some drivers at some point.
