Give better details for guys help out from a point of knowledge

e.g.
(1) The connection disconnects soon after I try to browse
(2) It shows connected but cannot get to the net through my browser
(3) A Ping returns OK but browser cannot connect
(4) Both ping and access through browser fail.

While answering the above, flash your dns cache
C:\> ipconfig /flushdns

tHEN restart your dhcp

1. The Modem is connecting and the line has data bundle
2. No Firewall settings
3. have Cleared all cache
4 No proxy settings.

What else can I check?
