I am rather disappointed with the arbitrary nature of the operations of my mobile service provider. Overnight, they have ensured that I pay a shilling more for both intra-network and inter-network calls without as much as a notice. And then this morning they again had issues with their billing systems and as usual, I was over-billed. i saw the new ad for airtel in the mornin on my way to work during rush hour, where they say "if only the roads were as clear as the network". that was very crafty. Anywayz safaricoms poor network which they always say that they will work on will screw them once number portability comes into effect.
